I also need to lost 50 pounds. I am going to try to work with smaller goals to start. I would like to lose 15 by March 31, which should be able to be done pretty easy. Just need to get my but in gear and quit giving in to the cravings.

I eat 5 meals a day. Low carb days 1200 calories. High carb days 1500 calories. Cheat day Sunday. Seems to be working well for me. Just about the time you start getting hungry it is time to eat again.

I am carb cycling. I start out on Monday with a low carb day, Tuesday high carb and switch back and forth each day. Low carb days women should not eat less than 1200 calories and high carb days no less than 1500. Sunday is a cheat day. Love it so far. This is my second full week. Last week I lot 3.6 pounds.

I buy frozen blackberries. Have a cup, put some sugar free cool whip on them and some lightly salted peanuts.

Going to give this a try! I am on spring break the first week of April, so I may have a couple of slip ups, but once we are back home I will give it a go. This will be hard, but I know we can do this.

The trainer at my gym told me not to eat my exercise calories. He said to just eat the calories MFP has told me I need for the day and leave your exercise calories alone.
