Water intake and fat burning benefit?
How much water is everyone taking in?? I'm trying to drink between 2L and 3L a day. But find it hard going. I've read it can help to increase metabolism and boost fat burning. Any one find this to be the case. The only difference I've noticed is the constant need to pee!!

Measurements with tape measure.
Apologies for possible silly question but where do you measure when taking body measurements? Is it the top of your thigh, the fattest bit of your thigh? Your waist and hips or just by your belly button. Do people measure arm circumference and should the tape measure be tight or not? Thank you.
