That Dr should be ashamed of himself! Comments like that just cause damage. I would report him and then request a new Dr. You need someone who will support you and help to keep you on the right track regarding health and weightloss. Stay strong and I wish you all the best in your journey.

I'm on the depo injection (OCP) and haven't had a period for roughly 5 years. So I've no idea where I am cycle wise lol. Thanks for the info though. It's very informative.

I'm trying to lose my belly and it's very stubborn so I'm trying to lose any fat I have in the hope it will eventually go too. Good things come to those who wait right lol.

Lol hey you. I've taken some. 2 months apart but not noticed a change yet. I guess it's just going to take a bit longer to notice results. Will keep doing what I'm doing and just wait for the changes to occur. Thanks for your input. Love hearing about your progress. You often spur me on to motivate myself when I'm flagging.

@VintageFeline Thanks. Just feel like I'm doing loads but not getting any results. Patience is a virtue though right would just like to see a tiny reduction in my belly to show me my perseverance is paying off. Will keep going. It will go eventually

I'm trying really hard to lose mine too. It's coming off my thighs and upper arms but it's holding on tight around my middle. It's so frustrating. I'm hoping by losing a few pounds in general it will help my body start buying the fat stored around my gut when I work out. Good luck on your belly blasting journey.

Go for it! I trained for a half marathon in 3 months with the furthest I'd run being 10k once and I did it. Believe and you can achieve anything. Happy training and have fun.

No I always weigh with scales.

I must say I'm feeling hungry at the moment. Would usually have a snack of some nuts and dates or carrot sticks and hummous in the evening. But as I'm at my limit calorie wise I'm going to have a big glass of water instead! Will see where I am in a few weeks time.

It's a guess and that's why I've started logging again. I need to be more ridgid with my measuring but made the decision to log my food after lunch so had to guess the amount of chicken. Tomorrow will be better. Dinner was accurate as measured everything out. As was breakfast as always measure out my yoghurt or porridge…
