Hi,
Apologies if wrong forum.
Please could anyone post the activity level chart.
I've set myself as mildly active. But read somewhere if you routinely do over 10k steps a day you are classed as active! Apparently there is chart that let's you workout your activity level according to your daily step count.
If anyone has the chart please could they post it.
Would be really grateful.

I average about 13,000 steps/day according to my Fitbit (Charge 2). Then, I look at my average calories burned (again from Fitbit) over the same amount of time: 2160 cals/day. Using the Fat2fit TDEE calculator, that puts me just under moderately active (2192 cals/day). On the days I get about 10,000 steps (weekends usually) I only burn 1800-1900 calories, which is around the Lightly Active level on Fat2fit.

I think mildly active would be the right setting for you.
