Clean eating, sweating
I've been eating clean for the past month or so and started doing boot camp HIIT workouts five days a week. Feeling a little bit stronger, but the only real changes I've noticed are having to pee 6457 times a day and sweating excessively while SLEEPING. Strange?

My ten year old camera has a 15-second timer so I can set it up and pose... but my cell phone doesn't ??? Taking self-photos while balancing the camera at the perfect angle is a pain in the butt! Is there an app for that? :)

I recently purchased a Polar HRM and I am amazed at how HIGH it is estimating my calorie expenditure.
