Bloat!

I really enjoy looking at my flat belly for two seconds as I get dressed at 5:30 am for boot camp... then... as soon as I get there the bloat begins. 100 ounces of water throughout the day plus water-filled food leaves me with tight pants. Frustrating. I try to tell myself that the bloat is the water and protein creating muscle and annihilating fat. grrrr.

Anyone else?
