Almost everyday I am running at least 300 calories under my limit I need help finding healthy foods to take up those calories

30 day shred and?........
I HAVE to loose at least 30 if not 40 pounds by September. I am strictly watching my diet, will I be able to achieve that goal with 30 shred alone or what else should I add to get the results I'm looking for?

I have to loose 40 pounds by September I'm currently doing the 30 day shred can I reach my goal doing what im doing or what else is suggested?
