Almost everyday I am running at least 300 calories under my limit I need help finding healthy foods to take up those calories

    I have an apple with some peanut butter! Great snack! :smile:
  • Homemade trailmix with roasted but not salted nuts is filled with good fats and has the calories. Avocado on whole wheat toast is yum. Homemade smoothies filled with anti oxidents are <3

    These are some of my favs :)
  • 1 avocado is 300-something calories. I eat at least 1/2 per day. Almond butter is good and so are baked yams/sweet potatoes.

    Nuts...any kind of nuts...or trail mix.

    I just ate a handful (like a good handful) of almonds...bam 400 calories! lol.


    I 2nd peanut butter. Make a piece of toast with 2 tbsp of peanut butter, easy 300 calories. :)

    Avocado, full fat dairy like yoghurt, ricotta, cheese, olive oil dressing on salad or roasted veggies drizzled with olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, bananas, red meat, grainy bread, brown rice..... basically regular food, not the "diet" version.
