Need help with calorie burn
Tomorrow I will be doing a TON of walking. I have a pedometer to count steps, but I don't know how to translate it to calories burned. It won't be steady walking, it will be leisurely pace, with lost of stopping and standing. Similar to going to a zoo. Can anyone help?
