BMR - set me straight
Scooby's home workouts says my BMR is 1700 calories and my TDEE is 2040? First , what is TDEE? Are the 1700 BMR calories what I should be eating daily to lose or is that how much I need to eat to maintain where I am? Can someone explain this to me?

Sugars
I've cut out most sugars and flour and am eating mostly whole foods. I keep exceeding my MFP allotted sugar grams (26g) during the day. I can do that with one piece of fruit. It just seems a bit low. How many do you consume/allow yourself on a daily basis? (I hope I asked that correctly.)
