Scooby's home workouts says my BMR is 1700 calories and my TDEE is 2040? First , what is TDEE?
Are the 1700 BMR calories what I should be eating daily to lose or is that how much I need to eat to maintain where I am? Can someone explain this to me?

1700 is how much you'd burn without doing ANY physical activity
TDEE is total daily energy expenditure based on your BMR + your activity.
Eat below your TDEE and at least your BMR to lose weight. Eat your TDEE to maintain.0 -
