Carrying your phone..
Okay, so my phone is my life, sad, I know. I use two different apps when doing the couch to 5k program, plus listen to music. Right now, I am embarrassed to say that I carry my phone tucked into my sports bra. I tried a case that goes on your arm, but it doesn't give me easy access. Any other suggestions?

What shoes to buy?
I'm training for a 5k and mostly run on gravel roads on our farm. Sometimes I run down a field road that is just mud and grass. I'm in need of new shoes and was thinking that I might need trail running shoes, but I'm not sure. All the 5ks that I plan on doing..LOL.. will be on roads-- what do you guys suggest?
