I agree. A few co-workers and I were just having that save conversation. Food is so good, only while you're eating it. After, you feel like crap and ask WHY DID I JUST EAT LIKE THAT?! I haven't eaten like that since before Jan. 4 and I can happily say that I'm glad that I have not and don't regret it one bit! There are ways to eat healthy, feel full, and still actually enjoy it!0

I know exactly what you mean...last night I had cereal and milk just because I really wanted to feel full cause I had not for a long long long time, but guess what afterwards, I wanted to throw up and was uncomfortable till midnight. Now the next time I want more, I will remember that bad feeling and stop myself from getting there...0

i was just telling my sister yesterday that same thing! And that when I started this weight loss journey it seemed hard to only eat 1200 calories and now (61 days later and 21lbs lighter) it isn't hard at all! It actually feels great because I don't feel stuffed and crappy all the time! I just enjoy something delicious that is an appropriate size for my body...and then my body feels great! I can't believe I waited this long!0
