Oral Allergy Syndrome
Has anyone else even heard of this horrid affliction? I am, at this point in my life, allergic to all fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts. It is absolutely positively insane!

Vi shakes vs Advacare products vs Shakeology
There are so many protein drinks and supplements out there that it's hard to tell what is the best. I have tried the Vi shakes and I really like them. Then I have heard good things about Shakeology and Advacare products...I don't know which is best or if they are all the same. Does anybody have any input?
