Is there an app or website to track kids calories and nutrit
I have a 3 & 6 year old and although I do my best to balance their food and portion size etc it would be nice to track it for a few days just out of Interest - mfp obviously won't let me due to their age lol. I am not planning to become obsessed so no shouting at me please I just want to double check what I regularly feed…

Wrong calorie/fat record?
Hhhhmn I just had some tesco value stir fry veg. When I scanned it what it said was very different to what it said in the back of the packet -How do I work out what one is correct?

Always too much sugar! Problem?

Already planned my spike day lol
I am going to have peanut butter on wholemeal toast for brekky (usual brekky) Galaxy cookie crunch choc bar for lunch Chicken chow mein n chips (from takeaway) for dinner Total 1754 calories ( usually I have 1000 a day - quite immobile at minute which is why so low!) Maybe if we come up with a good list (including cals) it will inspire us all to try new things and help us continue eating well. Worth a shot!
