I personally stay below calories on purpose. I then use the calories I have saved for a spike day each week. It is working well for me so far as I am full will my calory intake and need my spike day for motivation and to ensure my body doesn't think it's in starvation mode! It's working great so far :-)

I can't Do much exercise at the minute as had an operation last week. I have been walking a little and doing squats but I can't do any upper body or movements eg running

Thanks Kirsty I may have to stop the mullet lights too :-( I have such a sweet tooth do these help stop the cravings! Don't think I will be able to cut the nightly hot choc though it's my nightly treat for getting through the day! At 51 calls, 0 fat and 7g sugar I really need it to stay on track lol

Haha I know carpet will throw it off but I have no way lost 8lb in 4 days (both weigh ins from bathroom floor). I would love to believe it but seriously!! The withings look fantastic! Unfortunately way over my price limit! Thanks for recommendation though x

Lol I was about to post same question since Wednesday my scales said I weigh 141 today (on bathroom floor) they say 133 and on carpet 126 so absolutely no idea what I weigh! Just checked homedics on amazon and have a bad review - infancy cant find any that offer consistency of reviews on amazon! Any recommendations?
