My 30 Day Shred Results

This is my first post ever so I hope this works, if not please bare with me. Whew. Okay so I did the 30 Day Shred for 30 days straight. 10 days on each level. I stayed below my 1200 calorie limit and did extra crunches but not really any other exercises. I took these pics to keep track of my progress and I am so glad I did because I see my success better in the pics than on the scale. I was and still am so inspired by other people's success stories on here that I convinced myself to post these results. The pics aren't the best because I didn't plan on posting them but here goes nothing I still have more work to go but I am happy with my results and am currently still doing the 30 Day Shred each day.

I haven't lost much at all in terms of weight so far (Day 16) - but I have lost at least 3 inches overall since starting, and I have a lot more endurance now.0 -
Im just finished week one and its a lot tougher than the 30 day shred which i just completed before ripped in 30. Best of luck to you!!!0

Thanks for all the comments I literally looked at people's results everyday to keep myself on track. I forgot to mention I lost 5 lbs during it but the lbs mostly happened in the last couple weeks, so hang in there and don't pay attention to the scale. I didn't take pics of my legs but the mucsle in them has gotten so much better. I started off on myfitnesspal 2 months ago, lost 10 lbs my first month and than started 30ds and had these results. Myfitnesspal has showed me that being fit and happy isn't about the scale anymore. I am only 5 lbs away from my original goal, but my goal has changed now and is more about toning.0

how tall are you, what was your start weight and your goal?
i so wish i got results like that from it, i only lost 1 inch off my waist and 2 off my hips and belly, no lbs... I am re doing it again and i am on day 18 and i haven't lost anything so disappointing...0 -
