Cool Scale

Hey guys, I picked up that scale in store last night. I love it! If you're under 350lbs, I think it's a great deal. The name is misleading, it is about 2 inches of tempered glass, batteries included, and it stores user information for up to 4 different users.

Every time you get on it shows you your previous weight, and how much you've lost since your last weigh in!

I know scales arent great for motivation (if results aren't coming quickly enough). I only like to get on once a week, but I was tired of going to publix haha.

I think if I had a scale 2 years ago I wouldnt have gained weight to begin with. I gained 20 pounds back without even noticing. When I got on the scale and saw 20, I was deflated and started eating more, 20 soon turned to 40, and now I have 100 lbs to lose to get back to my goal :-/.

That little tool up there is going to help me keep the weight off!
