Has anyone tried this? I have just been reading about it and wondered if worth giving it a shot on top of calorie counting? Or is it another placebo?

    I grew up in South Africa and ate probably tons of mangoes, and I don't think I'm healthier, thinner or cuter than the next person...:bigsmile:
