Hip Bursitis
Otherwise known as trochanteric bursitis. Has anyone had experience w/this and successfully healed it? I love to run, but it hurts, even after taking a couple weeks off.

shin splints!
I'm training for my first 10K in a few weeks and I believe I've acquired myself a shin splint! What do I do? I really want to be able to keep running and do the 10K!! halp!

what do you make on the weekend to eat throughout the week?
I'll bet I'm not the only one who doesn't have time to cook during the week. I like to cook a bunch of food on Sundays to eat throughout the week. Others who do this: what do you make? I'm particularly interested in those who eat clean, but would be grateful for all suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Why doesn't MFP count cals for strength training?
Lifting weights burns some calories, too. Why don't they count on here?
