Hi, Just wanted to know how close do u match the calorie intake with MFP calorie allocation.My fitbit shows i burn anywhere from 2800 to 3200 calories a day based on my activity level.On food log left to eat i always have more 800 calories no matter i eat around 1800 to 2000.Shud i be eating more as i am on a pleatuea…

Wut lb hand weights are u all using,if ppl who is doing 30 day shred. I got 5lbs but looks like itz bit heavy for me.Is it ok if i go with 3 lbs .Does that make any difference.Thanks

While doing Jillian michaels 30 day shred,i seem to be gaining weight does this happen initially? itz been a week.My calves and arms are getting bigger.Any ideas why? Also how many lb hand weight do u recommend using? 3lbs or 5 lbs??Thanks guys....

I have been maintaining 1200 to 1300 cal everyday and walk up and down the hill for abt an hour everyday ,but still i dont see any changes not even 1/2lb...When will i start losing...This is very discouraging me...Any help wud be really appreciated...No soda,No sweet :( ...gave up everything thatz high in calories...
