Hello MFPians,
My carbs are always in negative due to the amount of fruits and veggies and beans. i eat.so is it ok to go over carbs if it comes from fruit and veggie???

Couple of questions:
1. Are you losing weight this way?
2. Are you eating carbs at the expense of other groups? (eg. is your protein count often under?)0 -
Yeah i am losing 2 lbs per week and my fiber and proteins are always over the suggested mfp requirements.Thanks for asking...the reason i wanted to know was i see many ppl here wanted to keep their carbs intake between 150 to 175 grams .Mine is always around 250 .I have left my diary open for few minutes pls take a look0

As long as you aren't filling it full of crap carbs you're fine!
I tend to always go over on carbs too! Fruits, veggies, etc... I eat very little bread, crackers, etc.0
