Thanks for the reply lady that was quite helpful i went back and checked itz already at Active level. I do burn around 800 calories doing kickboxing and other exercise and do login on the MFP .

I really like Aria women's protein vanilla shake. Itz specifically for women and got all the nutrients in it and tastes very good.

Yeah i am losing 2 lbs per week and my fiber and proteins are always over the suggested mfp requirements.Thanks for asking...the reason i wanted to know was i see many ppl here wanted to keep their carbs intake between 150 to 175 grams .Mine is always around 250 .I have left my diary open for few minutes pls take a look :)

Ripped in 30 ,Banish fat boost metabolism and 30 day shred all 3 combo .So far i am doing 30 day shred in the morning and ripped in 30 in evening .Loving it both .

I am on day 5 on 30 DS.Can i join in too...I cud see a difference on my inches in just 5 days lost 1/2 inch :) Arms are very sore :( though

I have the Bowflex Glass Body Fat Scale,measures,body fat,water,Mass ,BMI....picked it up at local Costco for 25 bucks.So far liking it.
