How are ensure shakes?? Ive had regular ones, they're good, but never the high protein ones. I usually have a special k but with only 10 g of protein, and 190 calories, it doesn't seem worth it. Ive never had powders, but I'm just looking for something that doesn't upset my stomach with loads of minerals

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey. I've tried a few and this one mixes the best with anything, milk, water, or juice. Don't buy at a retail store, you can get it much cheaper online at places like bodybuilding.com.0

I really like Aria women's protein vanilla shake. Itz specifically for women and got all the nutrients in it and tastes very good.0

Try mixing rolled oats in with your fruit and milk! I drink it all the time, you dont taste the oats, and it thickens up the shake!0
