How to log 30 day shred on the exercise ??

Tried on search cudnt find the answers so thought since there are many ppl doing 30 Day Shred how do u all log it on the exercise?

log it as circuit training.0

Use a heart rate monitor and add it yourself. Thats the only real way to be accurate.0
