Yoga for weight loss?
I've been ill recently, and have taken up Yoga on a daily basis and lessened my HIIT and cardio. I've lost MORE weight during this time then I did when I was on my previous routine. Why is this? My diet has not changed.

Protein shake NOT after workout?
Hey guys, Just want some advice, even though it's probably a silly question. Would it be okay for me to have a protein shake at any time of the day, particularly in the evening before bed, even if im not consuming it as a post-workout shake? Thanks :)
