It's interesting. What do you think about her claims? I personally am a vegetarian, but I've noticed since upping my protein intake and lowering my carbs I've lost weight.

I know the body is best in an akaline state and her claims may be true even though she didn't give any stastics or documented facts on the subject. My question is fruits have lots of sugar that is supposed to be limited,veggies are good but a person might get burned out on it unless they can find different recipes, so what do you eat to fill up on? I think most people tend to go for the pastas and breads, again high in sugar and sodium to fill up.. I am not much of a fruit eater as they seem to be tastless any more, love salads but get burnt out on them after awhile. What else can you eat to give you a satisfied fuller feeling? Beans perhaps? At any rate it seems its working for her.0
