Holy **** people are judgmental on here to the point of rudeness. I eat less than 1200, and i continue to lose. Different things work for everyone. Stop judging.
-
Actually, I do find that rude. You may not like the way I look, but that doesn't give you the right to comment on it. BMI doesn't account for everything.

I would never purchase from anywhere but my local health food store, so not to worry! I already have a very healthy diet, but I try and limit my fruit intake due to the sugars. I just wanted to supplement my diet too is all.
-
Thank you! I'll definitely look into that.
-
My diet is already predominantly protein and vegetables. You can't buy chlorophyll or acai berry in food form, otherwise I wouldn't be asking.

You don't believe in the power of natural foods on the body? I'm not talking synthetic fat burners here. I'm talking completely natural products full of antioxidants, vitamins and omegas.
-
I plan ahead, but I eat the same breakfast and lunch most days and meals for dinner are pre-planned at the beginning of the week, so it's easy.

It is said it takes 30 days of doing something continuously to make it a habit, so make that "habit" avoiding junk food! Trust in your willpower, and when you crave it, distract yourself in some way, whether it be through drinking a bottle of water or eating a piece of fruit. Your body is actually addicted to the…

PB2 (a powdered peanut butter, with MUCH less calories and no artificial flavours or preservatives) Unsweetened Almond Milk Chickpeas/Soya Beans/Borlotti Beans (High protein and so versatile!)

I use this recipe for my lunch replacement! It's really filling and it's been great while I've had the flu recently. 1 scoop of coffee flavoured protein powder (I use BSC Nutrition's Body Shaping Protein for Women in Cafe Latte flavour) 1 cup of unsweetened Almond Breeze 1 shot of cooled espresso 1 tsp of bee pollen…

It's just a clean eating diet! Nothing special about it. Don't waste your money! It's not as if Ashy is actually a professional or has any training. Her program is simply based on common sense.
-
Absolutely! It's impossible to be accurate with most foods unless you weigh them.
-
I use Chocolate PB2 (powdered peanut butter) with Chia seeds, Almond milk and my protein powder, which is BSC's Body Shaping Protein for Women. It's amazing.
-
Absolutely! My body has adjusted to clean eating so well. I don't crave artificial sugar or refined carbs anymore, and I used to be a huge chocoholic. I've lost lots of weight and my body is much more defined.

I mix it in with my egg whites in the morning, put it on my salads and eat it with veggies. I love it. I only ever use it in savory dishes, though.

Nike Training Club's 30 Minute 'Slim Effect' workout + the 15 Minute 'Core Crunch' ab workout :)

Michelle is a professional, and I have seen people lose amazing amounts on her plan. Ashy, however, has no training and her clean eating plan is just common sense. Don't waste your money on someone who isn't a professional!

Egg whites with spinach and cottage cheese with a side of greens, usually kale, bok choy, beet greens or broccoli :)

1. Favorite Restaurant: There are two alternative little Cafes in my hometown that offer a great range of vegetarian food, so I like to eat there. 2. Favorite Room to Decorate: My bedroom! I live with my parents, so it's my own little haven. I've got it very Parisian-themed. 3. If one song could be the soundtrack to your…

I wouldn't look at it as eliminating a whole food group when there are so few nutritional benefits that you get from eating it! Vegetables still give you your carb intake and are highly nutritious. No one mentioned giving up potatoes.

I eat quite a raw diet, and my body reacts quite well to cruciferous vegetables. I clearly said that bread bloats ME, thus, I don't believe it's good for my own body. Eat what works for you.
-
I gave up bread and I will never go back. Anything that bloats you as much as bread does me can't possibly be good for your body. It really doesn't have many nutritional benefits anyway, so better to stick with something high protein, especially in the morning.

Lots of vegans become so because they don't want to eat animals/animal products due to the environmental effects of meat consumption and the cruelty the animal faces before they are slaughtered. Many do not choose to stop eating meat and animal products because they just don't enjoy the taste or texture of it. Thus, the…

I have IBD and IBS, so I kmow exactly what you ladies are feeling! I always have to watch what I eat. I find banana has reacted really badly with me lately.
-
I'm a vegetarian too, so that source of protein really does wonders for my protein intake. Thank you! :)

Shouldn't you have a negative net if you want to lose weight?
