Best meal to replace with shake?

Hi,
I'm currently trying to lose weight. At the moment, I have egg whites, cottage cheese and vegetables for Breakfast and a protein shake/meal replacement shake for lunch. I mix bee pollen granules, psyllium husk powder and almond milk into this shake.
Should I have these two in an opposite order? Which is better for my metabolism/weight loss efforts?

    As i stated in your previous thread, the only thing that will increase your metabolism is gaining muscle and at less than 100 lbs you dont really have weight to lose. Also, from a satiety standpoint, food is better than a protein shake.
