How do you work out how many cals to eat for bulking? I'm not at that point yet but am curious as can see that I'll get to this point if my current goals are to be achieved. Curious to know what people eat and how much u need to increase by. Thanks

If my protein is at 20%.....
ok, so I have approx 90 - 95lbs lean mass, protein at 95g is 20% of my macros. So can anyone advise what the carbs/ fat ratios should be for building muscle and NOT losing fat (I'm little and wanna build up a bit)? Thanks

I've been 'fit' now for a couple of years, but today it was reinforced to me when I had my blood pressure done for a medical. 100/60. Wow. I've never had a high BP but it used to be around 120/80 (normal/ healthy). Now, according to charts, I'm in 'low normal - athletes' range. Nice :-)
