For the next hour, I shall be digging and shovelling stones/ gravel and dirt in the garden. We've had 2 big sheds removed and I need to dig deep enough to put topsoil down for turf. Any ideas what I can log this as in my diary? Cheers!

Protein snacks?
I'm always low on protein in my diet. I'm not sure how to get more in! I don't want it to be really calorific, as I said, it's for snacks not meals. Just trying to enter a recipe for homemade lentil soup. Tin of lentils says 420g. Once drained and rinsed, there are 210g of lentils. Nutrition info on tin is only per 100g. Is that per 100g drained or not drained?? It's almost 100kcal per 100g, so does that equal 210kcal per tin, or 420kcal? Thanks
