Just trying to enter a recipe for homemade lentil soup. Tin of lentils says 420g. Once drained and rinsed, there are 210g of lentils. Nutrition info on tin is only per 100g. Is that per 100g drained or not drained?? It's almost 100kcal per 100g, so does that equal 210kcal per tin, or 420kcal? Thanks

id say drained (but look at how many servings there are, that should give a good idea)0
