Body Fat % - In Australia?

Hey all,

Where the heck can I get my body fat % measured? I want ACCURACY, not a guess on scales that could be massively out. None of the gyms here (SA) do it and I've googled it and come up with somewhere in Sydney.... bit far to go, LOL.

Anyone know?

You could purchase your own set of calipers on Amazon or something. And I don't know if you have any mega-health or vitamin stores or fitness equipment stores near you, but sometimes they'll have equipment to measure you.

Virgin Active (SA) - sunninghill specifically - measures your body fat %. Just ask at the reception counter and they will be able to help you out :-)
