weight loss has slowed down
Since I hit pre-preg weight (as expected) my weight loss has slowed down. why does nothing make sense
Yesterday I had a bad day for the first time since Ive started using MFP, I ate over 1000 calories over my goal and did no exercise & woke up 0.8 lbs lighter than yesterday.
