I'm currently eating under 1200 and I KNOW its so bad, but im just not hungry - can anyone tell me any good ways to just get in some extra cals as healthily as possibly, mainly just for nutrition and to up my cals. I'm exercising more than I was before so I think I should be eating a considerable amount more - I just dont want to eat the wrong thing.

Nuts and natural nut butters are a good way to increase your calories without having to eat a bunch of additional food. Also, if you are having a hard time reaching your calories but aren't hungry enough to eat more, then you should be eating more nutritionally/calorie dense foods during meals. Avoiding "light" versions of foods will help with this. Also, I see you're looking for low sugar snacks...correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the SlimFast shakes that you're drinking pretty high in sugar? You could replace those with whole foods like greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fresh fruits and veggies, etc. to lower your "added sugar" intake. Hope this helps!0

Fruit and veg!
Berries are lower in sugar than other fruits, and I can't think of a time I couldn't eat some berries0 -
Yeah thats why I wanted low sugar because the shakes are full of them! I eventually want to cut them out, but I'm really crap at knowing what to eat.. I guess its just because it's super easier and they do really fill you up and give you energy! But thanks, Ill have to go and get some nuts to snack on0
