Exactly two years and over 160lb lost
I've posted in here before and realistically I've not lost any more weight since the last time but I wanted to post again because it's been exactly two years since my first landmark picture was taken. I'm hovering at around 163-165lb lost which is almost exactly half my starting bodyweight. This loss was by walking a…

Another update - 166.6lb down with before and after pictures.
I've posted some threads in here before showing full progress of my weight loss and since November I've been pretty much on maintenance. Two of the previous threads are here and here. I'm now at an all time low having lost a fraction under 167lb which is a touch under 12 stone lost, or a tad under 76kg for those who work…

I've posted before but I've just been clothes shopping today and bought some new trousers and a long sleeve polo so I want to share again some of my progress pictures. Here I am in July 2013 weighing in at 328lb: I don't have too many pictures from then for a few months but here I am in December 2013 at around 240lb: Jump…

120lb down, 20lb to go - With some pictures
I've got a couple of pictures to share - The first is me in July last year when I'd lost around 15lb, the second one is me at the end of last month after I'd lost around 120lb. I've still got a bit of a belly but I have another 20lb or so to go and I think I'm looking quite good  (Excuse the black bars - I've used…

Considering changing my MFP food categories
I'm considering editing my MFP food categories so that they relate to time of day rather than specific meals, just so I can track what times of day I'm eating. Has anyone else done this? What time brackets did you choose? Here are my initial planned categories. 02:00 - 10:00 10:00 - 15:00 15:00 - 20:00 20:00 - 02:00

Large English bloke looking for some support.
Hi. I'm 46 and currently the wrong side of 20 stone. I've got myself a FitBit, a set of Aria scales and MFP and they're working great together. I've started going for a walk of anything between a mile and a mile and a half before work and I eat breakfast at work. Then at lunchtime I'll normally walk another two to three…
