Now down 161lb and just a few pound away from being half the man I used to be, lots of pictures.

I've posted before but I've just been clothes shopping today and bought some new trousers and a long sleeve polo so I want to share again some of my progress pictures.
Here I am in July 2013 weighing in at 328lb:
I don't have too many pictures from then for a few months but here I am in December 2013 at around 240lb:
Jump forward another couple of months to February 2014 at around 220lb:
Now it's the end of March 2014 and I'm 210lb:
At the start of May 2014 I'd dropped to Onderland and 199lb:
And at the end of June 2014, I was rocking a new suit and weighed 187lb:
At the start of July 2014 I enjoyed a coffee at Caffe Nero, weighing in at 184lb:
Almost exactly a year after the first picture, I tried to recreate it and at that point I was 180lb:
Three weeks later in August 2014 my loss had slowed right down on purpose because I'd hit my initial goal and wasn't worrying too much about dropping any more. I'd lost just another two pound, I was 178lb in this picture:
A couple of weeks ago I took some pictures of my belts. I've changed all my clothes except my belts, I've just been making extra holes! This shows my two belts, the large one is what I used to wear and it actually sat below my waist line. I wear the small one with my work trousers and don't need one with my jeans any more since I bought 32" 501s. I was 170lb when I took this picture:
Finally, here's me today. I've currently lost 161lb so I'm just 3lb away from having lost exactly 50% of my starting weight. Once those 3lb have gone, I'll be entering maintenance properly and will be happy to fluctuate up or down by four or five pounds:
All I've done to lose this weight is make sure I walk a minimum of five miles per day and generally stay below 2000 calories. I track my walking with a FitBit and although I eat some of my exercise calories back, I try and stick below an actual figure of 2000 calories of food.
Thanks for reading

CHEERS to you! Wow, you mean no gimmick diets and crazy workouts? Ha! I knew people could lose weight if they just stuck to restricting calories and walking. I will be using you as yet another example for all my patients who are looking to lose the lbs.
