No weight loss
Its been 3 weeks now, since i lost any weight! I haven't been able to exercise as much due to shin splints but surely cutting the calories alone would aid weight loss? I nearly always stay under my calories so i don't understand why i've suddenly stopped losing weight

Changing nutrients amount.
I've seen alot of people mention that they think some of the nutrient amounts are too low or too high. But I have no idea what amounts they should be at. What do you think? BTW :- percentages mean nothing to me, numbers in grams would be best.

Tracking 30 day shred
How would i put in jillian michaels 30 day shred ? I put it under circuit training for 20 minutes but there's different levels so its not guna be the same amount of calories for each level. I haven't got a HRM.

Water
It is advised to drink 8 glasses of water a day. But everyone has different views on what size a glass is, right? I mean, is it 250 ml, half pint or a pint? i'm drinking between 2 and 3 litres of water a day (4-6 pint size glasses) But, which is it?

I've already gone over my sugar intake for the day and it's not even lunchtime yet ! All cos of that silly banana I had ! Grrr :/

Training for a 5k

Doing too much?
I do Tae Bo 4-5 times a week, c25k 3 times a week and i walk 3hrs with my 4 month old son in a carrier on my back at least twice a week, i also do push ups once a week. Crunches 2 or 3 times and a little weight training twice a week. Lately, my legs (mainly calf area, front and back) really ache. I use muscle rub regularly…

I know that when you burn fat, there is no specific area you burn fat more than another, you burn it from all over. But my thighs seem to be the only place on my body that hasn't shrunk. I don't know about anyone else, but before i joined MFP, each time i felt like i'd had a bad week (ie - ate more) i seemed to lose more weight than when i felt like i'd had a gud week. I'm a little confused. I used to track my calories before i joined this site, but, with the food tracker, do i still need to deficit 500 per day calories to lose 1lb per week or not? Hope this makes sense...

Walking with weight on back
Hi, i walked for 2 hours today, burning 614 calories. But for 30 mins of that, i had my 4 month old son on my back - he weighs 13lb11oz. How would i enter this into the exercise part?

New here . Need motivation
Hi, i lost 13 lb in 11 weeks but since then, (2 weeks ago) i have gained 3lb!! i joined today to keep track of my weight loss and to try get back on track. I tried on paper but it got tedious and boring. Need some motivation from people in the same position. Any tips to get back on track would be greatly welcome :)
