Changing nutrients amount.

I've seen alot of people mention that they think some of the nutrient amounts are too low or too high. But I have no idea what amounts they should be at. What do you think?
BTW :- percentages mean nothing to me, numbers in grams would be best.

When you change your amounts you enter it in a a % of total calories, the reason you don't use grams is that it will increase when you add exercise whereas the % will remain the same. What is best for one person may not be for another. MFP defaults to US government guideline so it is a good starting point. It would be best to talk to a nutritionist if you are unsure of what would be best for you.0
