Tracking 30 day shred

How would i put in jillian michaels 30 day shred ? I put it under circuit training for 20 minutes but there's different levels so its not guna be the same amount of calories for each level. I haven't got a HRM.

    Hi there, I don't think 30 day shred is in the database. I have a heart rate monitor so I got my calories burned from that and just added 30 day shred as my own exercise. Fyi i burned 172 calories doing level 1, I am 5 ft 3, female at 140 pounds. If you don't have a hrm, adding it as circuit training would be the next best thing.

    It's hard to say for sure without having a heart rate monitor.. I really need to get one of those things!

    I agree with the above poster.. I would just log in as circuit training under cardiovascular. In the meantime, maybe shop around for a HRM so you will have a better idea of how many calories you do burn. I imagine calories burned will increase after each level or after you get better at doing the exercises.
