Back at it!
OK, I'm going to try real Keto this time. Done LC, lazy Keto, and I cheat way too much (often from work stress). Feel free to add me as friend! Any tips to stay keto? Prepare meals ahead of time and always have keto friendly snacks on hand (although my goal is to only eat 2 meals a day).

Accuracy of the MFP 5 week projection based on your calories consumed
So 5 weeks ago I started to log on my weight excel file what MFP says I should weigh in 5 weeks. I wanted to see how well it tracked with my actual weight. Well today was the first comparison... It said I should weigh xx9.3 and today my weight is..... xx9.3 It nailed it ;) If I don't stall too much, it should overlap…

MFP can subract macros if you use negative numbers!!!
Am I the only noob that didn't know this?!?!? For example, put a burger king whopper in with a serving of (1), then also put burger king whopper bun with a serving of (-1) and bam! You have the macros of a whopper w/o the bun! (granted that is already in the system, but this is just an example) Neat!

MFP's 5 week prediction
When you complete your daily food/exercise log, does anyone pay attention to the... "If every day were like today... You'd weigh xxx.x lbs in 5 weeks" I started plotting this prediction vs my actual weight to see how accurate it is. Won't know for at least 4 weeks. Curious if anyone has done this already?
