Knee injury - exercise suggestions please!
I have some ligament damage to my left knee from a skiing trip. Annoying as I can't run until healed! Can anyone suggest some at home exercises that I can without putting weight on the knee? Thanks!

2 wks til hols, 4 lbs to lose, suggestions please!!
So I've lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks with healthy eating and exercise and 5 unhealthy days (burgers, pizza, beer). I want to reach my target and lose the last 4lbs in 2 weeks. What's the easiest way to tone legs?
I run and I do yoga once a week. Should I add cycling into the mix or does anyone have any advice on good exercises to tone legs, namely backs of thighs.

Digital or non-digital?? And also how often do you weigh yourselves? I'm tempted to every morning cos that's when I feel lightest.. and think it gives you more positivity.
