Best weighing scales

Digital or non-digital?? And also how often do you weigh yourselves? I'm tempted to every morning cos that's when I feel lightest.. and think it gives you more positivity.

Digital works for me. I like to see even when I lose .4 lbs. I weigh every morning, because it helps me see what foods might of caused a gain from the day before. Then I avoid those foods.

i went with digital, but some people prefer analog because if they are off, they will at least be off by the same amount each time so it is still useful for tracking progress.
i weigh myself multiple times throughout the day, basically whenever i use the washroom at home, just for curiosity sake, but only take into consideration the number i see first thing in the morning after i use the toilet. if you do this just keep in mind how much body weight fluctuates daily, if you dont you'll drive yourself mental. alot of people only do once a week due to this fact

I like digital scales but wouldn't spend too much money on one because scales are overrated. Scales do not breakdown body composition (muscle, fat, water, etc.). I weigh once a week then look for a trend every 4 weeks.

You only have 11 pounds to lose so it will be slow going. Weighing everyday really won't give you much feedback because of how slow the weight will come off. If I was you I wouldn't weigh more than once a week maybe even less frequently
