2 wks til hols, 4 lbs to lose, suggestions please!!

So I've lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks with healthy eating and exercise and 5 unhealthy days (burgers, pizza, beer).

I want to reach my target and lose the last 4lbs in 2 weeks. Any suggestions to ramp it up a notch? Obvs no more unhealthy days... Currently walk 40 mins a day, and run 20 mins 3 times a week.

Suggestions please!!!!!!!!!!

    So if you don't stick with these tips, the results may or may not be permanent, but to help you out for before vacay:

    1. Cut out Salt
    2. Drink more water
    3. Cut down on carbs (this one is debatable as you still need energy, so don't do this for long, this just drops water weight)
    4. Don't eat after dinner (if you can, or try eating something healthy, like fruit and/or yogurt)
    5. Amp up the excercise
    6. Prep meals so you don't feel tempted to splurge on meals out
    7. Don't buy junk food (if you don't have it, you can't eat it)
    8. Eat clean/ avoid processed, go for natural
