Not Hungry??? And Alcohol?? (2 Questions!!)
1. I have been having a hard time getting even close to my 1200 calories a day lately... and with adding in my exercise calories it is even harder. So far I have eaten 850 calories but I also burned the same amount (coincidence) so now it is 8:00 and I am still supposed to eat another 1,200 calories! I'm not hungry at all…

MFP on my phone?
I currently don't have an internet connection at my house and since I cut off my service I havent been able to track my calories and have been adding the pounds back on... Sodium?!
I finally figured out how to change my settings to track my sodium intake because I seem to ALWAYS feel bloated. And guess what? I've gone over on my sodium by large amounts (1,000+mg) everyday. No wonder!:laugh: Can anyone teach me more about sodium and how it affects the body?
