What is the one tip or trick that has been the most helpful in your weight loss?? (ex- drinking lots of water, good exercise music, a certain food or something)
I feel like I have been in the same routine for awhile and want to change it a little bit. What has (or hasn't) made you successful?

    Keeping a singular eye on the prize, baby!

    I watch my sodium, strive to stay under my cals, and drink nearly a gallon of water every day.
