I have been exercising 3-5 times a week for ~ 40 mins. And try my best to stay true to intermittent fasting window of 8 hours from 12 pm -8 pm. But I have not lost any weight in the last month. Inches first then pounds
I have lost 2 inches on my stomach. Mostly that is what I have been tracking from the begining. But my weight keeps fuctuating back and forth between the same 4 pounds. My question is : Does everyone loose inches first and then pounds. and after how long (days) do you see the results on the scale?
