What Pandora stations do you listen to while working out?
I go back and forth between Maroon 5, Justin Bieber, Gavin Degraw, Karmin, Fun. and Skrillex... and on my runs longer than 3 miles I typically end up using all my skips :sad: So what stations do y'all listen to? I need some new stations and I'm open to anything(:

I just took a run and I'm kind of getting sick of eating lunch meat when I'm done :sick: So, what do you eat after working out? Peanut butter? Protein shake? Meat? Eggs?

I started MFP late this February and I lost 3 pounds in the first week, and continued to steadily lose a pound (at least) every week.
