I started MFP late this February and I lost 3 pounds in the first week, and continued to steadily lose a pound (at least) every week. So when 3 weeks ago I still weighed 142 I was pretty disappointed. But, I kept doing what I was doing... and I gained a pound! I knew I probably was just fluctuating... but it still bugged me.

I kept my normal exercise and diet and again... still weighed the same :sick:

So when I weighed in today, I was just hoping and praying that I would at least be down to 142, not 143.

And I weighed 140.6!!! :bigsmile: I felt like jumping up and down!
