are good FATS good for LOSING FAT?!
tyring to figure this one out.... most of my fat comes from avacados, salmon, nuts, coconut oil and sometimes bacon :tongue: etc i'm trying to build muscle and lower BF% how many grams are ideal for 24 y/o F, 5'7", 130 lbs?! am i consuming too much? too little? open diary

NSV got my bikini in the mail today!
wish i would have taken measurments and pics before... but i can tell the difference a couple of months has made and i'm super stoked!!! only 2 pounds lost since march but my BF% is steadily going down esp after hitting the weight room more and cardio less!
